Situated above the Ninth fairway of Alhaurín Golf with fantastic views over the Sierra De Mijas. The neighbourhood is 340m above sea level in front of a Natural Park. The property is situated approximately 300m from the clubhouse and shop, 200m from the first Tee and next to the cut through between the first nine and the back nine. Just to the side of the property some 10m away is the communal swimming pool. To the rear of the property is a terrace and private garden some 62m² which over looks the ninth fairway, to the front is a parking space and a small terrace approx’ 16m²

Alhaurin el Grande is just 4km (2.4 miles) away Alhaurin Golf. Here you can find supermarkets, butchers, shops and banks with cash point machines. On Thursdays there is a Municipal market by the Guardia Civil in the town centre selling food, flowers, plants, clothes, fresh fruit and veg etc. Fuengirola is 16km (9.6 miles) from Alhaurin Golf. It is most famous for its five miles of sandy beaches. Its seafront has recently been updated with a wider promenade with plenty of palm trees, interspersed with colourful flowerbeds and additional seating. The Sierra Nevada’s are around 190km (117 miles) from Alhaurin Golf and takes about 2 hours 30mins to get there. Sierra Nevada is Europe's most southern ski resort.
