Travel / Distances: 10 minute walk to beach. 10 minutes in car to Fuengirola beach. 10 minutes in car to La Cala beach. 20 minutes in car to Marbella beach. 20 minutes drive from Malaga airport. Car hire is recommended however it is only a 10 minute walk to the bus stop. There is a regular (every 1/2 hour) service between Fuengirola and Marbella. La Cala De Mijas 1.5 miles, Fuengirola 3 miles, Malaga 20 miles, Marbella 11 miles, Gibraltar about 60 miles.

 Balance    The remainder of the balance is due 60 days prior to the holiday.
Prices are for the property for 2008/2009 per week in UK Pounds. For periods less than a week simply divide by 7 and multiply by the number of days you wish to stay. £500 accidental damages deposit required to confirm booking. Full payment to be received 60 days before arrival date. Deposit will be returned 30 days after departure date (subject to no damage). Please contact the owner to book. Thank You.
Towels and linen are included. The Villa will be cleaned before you arrive and again when you leave. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in second kitchen. Cleaning service available on request. 220 euros cleaning surcharge applies to all stays.
