Two large apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the second floor. Both apartments have sun terraces and the second floor apartment is also fully air conditioned. The pool area enjoys early morning to late afternoon sunshine. Situated approx. 150m downhill to a supermarket, restaurants, bars, taxi rank and bus stops.

Torrenueva is just a few minutes drive from an array of first class golf courses. Torrenueva beach is approx. 5 -10 mins walk from the apartment. The beach at Puerto Cabopino is probably the largest and most 'child friendly' on Mijas Costa and is only a 3 min drive away.

Apartment 30 - 2 Bed - Sleeps 4/5: On entering ground floor apartment there is a bathroom on the right with walk-in shower, toilet & wash basin. To the left of the main door is a fully equipped kitchen with arched access to the lounge & hallway. The kitchen is fitted with an auto washing machine, tall fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave & twin s/steel sinks. There is an ample range of crockery and cooking utensils. One bedroom has twin single beds, dressing table and fitted wardrobes with mirrored fronts. The other bedroom has a double bed, dressing table, fitted wardrobes plus a set of sliding glass doors that lead onto the interior full width terrace. Between the bedrooms is a full bathroom with shower attachment in the bath, wash hand basin and bidet. The lounge has a decorative glass fronted wall cabinet, twin sofas, coffee table and open chimney. There is also a matching white dining table-chairs. Satellite TV & VCR are also included. A decorative archway leads onto the interior terrace.

Apartment 33 - 2 Bed - Sleeps 4/5: Similar layout to No 30 but this aprt is on 2nd floor with a fully fitted kitchen including washing machine. Large lounge/dining with twin sofas, modern dining table with high backed chairs, contemporary wall unit housing satellite TV, VCR, DVD and sound system. A large selection of videos, DVDs and CDs are included. There is a massive copper/brass coffee table. Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes & drawer chest.A double bed in main bedroom, fitted wardrobes and TV/ video. Sliding doors lead out to full width sun terrace that has curved brick built BBQ and fabulous views to the south & over the bay of La Cala village.

Coast / Beach: Torrenueva is one of the great beaches on the Costa, along with La Cala, approx 5 -10 mins walk from the apartment. An abundance of Chiringitos (beach bars) to choose from. The beach at Puerto Cabopino is probably the largest and probably the most ´child friendly´ beach on Mijas Costa and is only a 3 min drive away.

Golf: Torrenueva is just a few minutes drive from an array of 1st class golf courses incl La Cala, Calanova, Santana, La Siesta, Cabopino, Miraflores, El Chaparral etc. Distances range from 1km to 6km.

Travel / Distances: Malaga airport is 32km form Torrenueva a 25 min drive. Car hire is not expensive compared to other European countries but a car is not essential in Torrenueva, since there is a local taxi rank and bus stops for both directions on hand. Also, a supermarket, restaurants and bars are, like the taxis, just a few mins walk from the apartment. La Cala de Mijas is 1km away, a 10 min walk and has an open-air market on Wednesday and Saturday each week. Fuengirola is 9km east, a 10 min drive, abd has a huge open-air market on Tuesdays and a fabulous 'boot fair' most Saturdays on the same fair site, where you can buy anything from a hairgrip to a 4x4 vehicle!

 Balance    The remainder of the balance is due 3 weeks prior to the holiday.
Bookings can be made either by Tel or email. A deposit of £150 can be paid into my RBS acc in UK and the balance either into the same bank (at least 3 weeks prior to commencement of holiday) or bringing cash with you. A security deposit of £100 is payable against breakages or damage, but will be refunded on departure after the aprt is inspected. Good discounts negotiable from late Oct to mid March for extended stays/Winter lets. With the advent of new airlines and departure airports the arrival & departure days are very flexible-virtually any day of the week, The normal departure time is 10.30am but if there is not an immediate booking following on, this also is flexible. If preferred, I can arrange to have you collected at Malaga airport and brought directly to the apartment (and returned if required) and then have a car delivered to the apartment, OR I can arrange a hire car for you to collect at the airport. This I do through a local hire company that I’ve used for over 14 years (the most reliable hire company in Andalucia).
