Further Information: The villa (4000 sq ft, total site of 10,000 sq. ft) is fully furnished with 4 large bedrooms (2 with a 5’ bed, 2 with twin beds). Ground floor level with kitchen, utility, lounge, diner and 2 double bedrooms. 1 single and separate bathroom, all leading to large terrace area for BBQ by pool and access to front of villa and some garden areas. 1st floor and basement area with double garage is not accessible to wheelchair users. Air conditioning in summer, heating in winter throughout. Alarm system. Intercom to villa gates, telephone. Travel / Distances: Malaga airport 30 mins by car (on the autovia all the way except for the last 5-10 mins which involves a drive on an excellent road through scenic unspoilt countryside). A car is absolutely necessary for this villa Galvia. Calahonda 5-10 mins by car. La Cala de Mijas is 5-10 mins by car. Fuengirola is 15 mins by car. Marbella is 20 mins by car. Puerto Banus is 25 mins by car.
